Armand is a Personal trainer and a straight forward nice guy. Spent a Sunday afternoon with him today to get some shots of him in peak shape. 10 weeks of hard training and a dedication to his body that I have the utmost respect for, 'cause this takes self control and commitment. below are a few of my stand-out shots of the day, will post more in the weeks to come.
